The Workshop was set up to allow students to use equipment for their experimentation needs. Established in September of 2000, it is located in room 1120 at the Newmark Lab.
The shop has been equipped with basic tools to carry out simple operations associated with instrumentation and fixture of testing setups. Undergraduate/graduate students, as well as faculty members, are welcome to use the shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, after adequate training is performed.
