The deflection gauge extensometer is designed to measure deformations in 3 & 4 point bending tests, compression tests, and other general purpose deformations. Features for this extensometer include a break away arm (in the instance of excessive travel), a magnetic base, and the ability to perform dynamic cyclic testing.
